We chose the yellow version of this shackle hitch receiver set, and it’s simply the best! The color really stands out and adds a nice touch to our setup. The quality of this product is outstanding—made from high-strength, drop-forged steel, it feels incredibly durable and stable. With a straight-line pull of up to 13,000 lbs and a maximum breaking strength of 45,000 lbs, I feel confident it can handle just about anything we throw at it.The value here is unbeatable, especially with the included anti-theft lock pin, which adds extra peace of mind. The shackle isolator and washer kit protect the bumper from scratches, prevent rattling, and are easy to install. Product looks to be manufactured well. Made in China prominently displayed in box. No instructions but very self-explanatory. Cotter pin and rubber washers somewhat hidden in packaging, so do not overlook them. I have not used it but it looks up to most tasks.

First thing I notice when this arrived at the door was the weight of it, very heavy little box. This is solid steel and the shackle was heavy duty as well. With our new vehicles today they are making them lighter and lighter with more and more plastic. There is nothing solid to connect to if you did need to be towed out of a ditch or the likes but by installing this into your hitch you have now got a solid point to be towed from or to tow somebody else. I also purchased a good quality tow strap to go with this and feel better about winter driving knowing this is all safely stowed in the back of my truck for that "just in case" it's needed moment. Well worth having accessory.

Bought to attach to my quad hitch. Fits perfectly. Great quality. Has the same amount of play as all hitches so I just added some gorilla tape around male end of hitch for my own liking. ( not needed ). Would definitely consider putting on my truck for added protection from other vehicles bumping me. The lock works and looks great.
