The good news is that I was able to pull a large dent partially out. The bad news is that I went to finish the job and pull out the other parts of the dent, but the glue gun would not heat up. It worked once, then died. I have to go buy another glue gun, which better last longer than one use. I cannot give more than one star if it is not durable enough to finish one job.

Follow the instruction carefully and the dent puller magically removes the dent. It's super easy to use, just thoroughly clean the dent area first, put the glue in the glue gun until it warms up, apply the glue and correct size puller tab, make sure to let the glue cools, put the bridge over the puller tab making sure the tab is close to the center, gently turn and knob and watch the dent disappear.Removing the glue is also very easy. Most of the time pulling the tab removes the glue but if there is still any glue left, a bit of rubbing alcohol does the trick. Sometimes you may have to apply the pull in the same dent one more time, the key is being very patient. This can easily save you hundreds of $ by making repair yourself instead of taking it to a autobody shop. I would recommend this product. One more tip: if there is any paint left from the car that hit you, apply a little rubbing compound to remove it.

May seem obvious, but if you have a ceramic coating on your car the glue will not adhere and this tool will absolutely not work to repair your dents. I tried 6 times with both types of glue that were provided and they both did not adhere. It will stick to your car and then as soon as you apply pressure to pull the dent out it will pop off instantly. If you do not have ceramic coating, this would work work perfectly for small dings.

I was looking for an inexpensive fix for a parking lot door ding on my new car and figured 1. best case scenario, it works and I've saved myself tons of money or 2. worst case scenario, it doesn't work and I'm only out $16.First, as many of the reviews indicated, the hot glue gun arrived broken. I have another one and was able to play around with the different sized parts on my husbands crummy car with hail damage. Once I felt confident, I tried it on my new car with marginal results. While the door ding is less noticable, the product actually bent the panel out a bit as the part didn't separate from the glue like the other times I tried it. I do not blame the product, but user beware. Hopefully I'm the only one who notices.Lastly, I dispise directions that are terribly translated into english. They are tough to understand and not always clear. For the price, I shouldn't be suprised. Overall, I would not recommend.
