Product was too short and when I brought it to sellers attention they attempted to tell me it was my headers which have all been swapped out to account for the Ex setup on civic. Bought aftermarket headers and catalytic converter for under the car to get away from the stock ones just to buy this and have them tell me it's too short because my car isn't an ex, but all civics have the same aftermarket exhaust setups unless it's stock with the catalytic converter built into the header. Customer service is horrible and I'm out 100 bucks for something that doesn't fit. When confronted the seller said I may return it but I already waited 3 days for a response from the seller it's now been over a week without my car because they don't understand fitment and don't want to refund my money because the product is trash and piping is too short by about 4"

Sounds great when you install it right. It’s correct when it says it fits all civics from 92-2000, but be aware that it will not fit like the stock. The pipe is bigger. I had to get some high heat resistant wrap to put around one spot because it was rubbing directly against my emergency brake line.And ALSO!... tighten down the bolts on the silencer piece. The little plate inside the exhaust with the two bolts and screws. It rattles because they do not tighten it down in the factory. I didn’t know this and it ended up rattling so much it fell off in the middle of the road. I had to go back, run in the street to get it, and buy new bolts and nuts to fasten it tightly.And also keep in mind that if your car is lowered the is muffler is bigger so speed bumps may be a problem! Great value aftermarket piece other than that!

I needed a cheap exhaust for my turbo d16 build and this fit the bill perfectly. i welded a cherry bomb glasspack between my downpipe and this exhaust and it now sounds awesome! I had to remove the silencer to allow the heat to flow out of the engine better and it now sounds more like a Wrx then a civic, thanks!!! Ps i got a quote for a custom exhaust similar to this and it would've been $450 so im ecstatic to have good sound for $100

Not a bad sounding exhaust. Gives a nice look to the car.Comes with a restrictor plate on the end of the muffler that’s held on by 2 screws, removing that makes the car a bit louder.Installation was a bit tricky, everything fits as necessary but the pipe in the new exhaust that runs from the cat is about 3 feet too short.I cut the new down pipe, that runs from the cat (which also had a different connection than the stock, at the very end and cut the factory down pipe to make it fit properly. I used an adapter from the stock to this aftermarket and 2 clamps from autozone, about $30 extra in parts. Kinda expected it from the other reviews.Definitely not direct fit, but if you don’t mind some minor fabrication it’ll make for a fun project in the drive way with satisfying results.I drive a 2000 civic lx sedan, but the coupes and sedans have the same exhaust, so if you have this generation still expect fabrication.

Exhaust came undamaged, only issue is the 3 bolt flange for the catalytic converter doesnt line up. It's off by 27°. Not a complete waste of $114, had to take it to an exhaust specialist whick costed me an additional $168.00 for flange correction plus the length was incorrect. The mid piping is actually 1 1.5" too short. Lengthen it a bit and mock up the exhaust on the vehicle before producing the said product. Overall, it's loud with it without the silencer. With the silencer, anything over 2k and your I giant buzzing pop can. Fun for a month. Now want to opt out for another class of muffler.

Sounds ok with silencer in had to jam a washer in between the silencer and muffler so it wouldn’t rattle.Quality of the welds are good but it does not line up properly, the s pipe going to the mid pipe does rub against the gas tank heat shield, once you force the bolt to line up with the mid pipe hole, same story with the S pipe going to the muffler garbage fitment there, I wouldn’t recommend this at all, but this was cheaper than buying a aftermarket stock mid pipe
