Bolts right in to the "test port" on a Ford 4R100 transmission. Mine is on a 2000 F350 Powerstroke. Got my gauge working agin, so I'm happy!

Note that this is a Delphi thermistor-type fluid temperature sensor which is also compatible with the Stack stepper motor gauges (available from Amazon at 1.5x the price of this one as Stack P/N ST262252). If you accidentally break your Stack part trying to fit it in the wrong adaptor (a-hem) this is a perfect replacement :)
