Autoline is, admittedly, not someone I’d heard of but I have to say I was impressed with their smoke machine. I have owned a couple ‘pro’ level smokers and they were both prohibitively expensive so I was not super excited when I realized I needed one to diagnose a hard to find leak in my old Subaru.This unit however filled the bill quite well in a very affordable package. It works good and has the most common feature (other accessories available for sale). I’m happy with this product

It is very easy to use. It very good quality except for 1 thing. It works great, the small air pump replaces the need for an external compressor and no worries about exceeding the pressure. After it heats up it pumps smoke without any issues. I used it on my 2003 Camry that was reading -6% long term trim and Evap leak. found the problem instantly, and fixed it. Trim now is 0.0023%. I haven't seen the Evap code back yet. I only had 1 issue with it. The smoke supply hose is too thin for the use. The smoke comes out hot and right at the top of the hose where it goes into the canister the hose material rubber seems to soften up from the heat. It created a kink or a bend. It hasn't blocked smoke yet, I have to remember to raise the hose up while it's pumping smoke to prevent it from kinking. All it needs is a heavier or thicker hose. Other than that it is great.

I had a evap code for a “large evap leakâ€. (Nissan pathfinder 05) I suspected my vapor canister was leaking but didn’t want to spend time and money replacing it and not fixing the issue. I bought this smoke machine and in 10 minutes put it together and put it into the evap line to the canister. The smoke is generated perfectly and the small pump safely injects into the evap line. After about 30 seconds I saw a heavy stream of smoke coming from the vapor canister. Next I’m going to check my exhaust system for leaks and all my vacuum lines. Wish I had this tool 15 years ago.

Good product. At first I ran into some problems with the power cable. I contacted the company and they replied very fast, very polite and very helpful. They offered to send me a new power cable, an extra smoke fluid bottle, no cost!!!Everything working perfectly now. Highly recommend!!
