Put in a 2003 Beetle. I just replaced one bad glow plug and it worked fine. Sometimes replacing a single glow plug will cause a code if the resistance is different. These did not cause a code.

They screw in, heat up, and no code. Plus they are a LOT cheaper than many of the others I have seen.

The price is super cheap...I bought a 4 pack but only replaced my # 3 which caused the CEL after every car start.So far has worked perfectly on my 2006 Jetta TDI BRM

The glow plugs themselves work great. However, they aren’t meant for the 2006 jetta tdi with the BRM engine code. I replaced all 4 so the car wouldn’t show a check engine light, however it struggled to cold start. These glow plugs are meant for the earlier ALH tdi’s. In the picture attached the top glow plug is the correct one for the BRM. The price difference is unfortunate as the correct glow plug costs $50 for a single unit. So head this review and don’t cheap out like I did.
