We play cards every Friday night in the seniors building that I live in. Since my purchase the other card players all have purchased this device so I believe that there are 10 in the building now. It's the best device, quick, shuffles well and takes up no space on the table when we play.

We have used it everyday since day it arrived. Works as you would expect, place half of cards on each side and push down/hold pedal down until the deck unites in the holder in center. No issues to report. Beats agonizing my arthritis and I think husband just thinks it's funner. :) (What game, you ask. Skip-bo -- available here at Amazon, under $10. We play two rounds each afternoon. Deal 20 cards each for the pile and 5 cards each to play with. Tons of fun and each game things seem different, so we don't get bored. Good for brainwork but easy and uncomplicated...yet, you do have to be cagey/cunning. My niece and her husband-- in another state--play more rounds each time and play lots and lots...that's who turned us onto this great card game for 2!)

We play Five Crowns with friends and neighbors and when you are using like three full decks of cards in that game, this makes it very easy to shuffle all the time. Works easily from the first time you try.

With new cards they are shuffled with ease. When shuffling with an older deck the cards seem to have trouble and stick together. But they can still be shuffled by pausing intermittently

This card shuffler is easy to use, and great for those of us who can't shuffle well, or seniors whose arthritic fingers makes it harder to do. It makes playing with multiple decks and several people go quicker. I highly recommend it. Good value for fun times!

Works great! Saves wear and tear on cards too. Would buy again, but would consider getting the 4 deck one..
