My wife has rhenards, ie poor circulation and very cold hands, so she absolutely loves this hand warmer/dryer, especially for the winter. We installed it next to the kitchen sink. It worked great for about 8 months, then quit. I checked power, etc., then got hold of service@pensonandco.com. They replaced the unit, no questions. You can't beat that for customer service!

Works fantastic!Its simple, quiet and installation is really easy.Has a hot function that you can turn on and off.Don't be fooled by the picture the cover is plastic and not metal.For the price its perfect.

So far, so good. My last Penso & Co automatic hand dryer lasted about 1.5 yrs. Let's see how long thing one last. Updating my previous review as of 12/20/18: This one lasted several months before it gave out. I will not buy another one. They don't last very long with normal usage. I need to find a longer lasting hand dryer without spending an arm and a leg.

This dryer is an excellent value and overall the product is effective. I did have to contact customer service and this is where the company shines! They were prompt in their response and solved our issues above and beyond.Highly recommend this product.

This is the second hand dryer I have ordered from this company. The first one lasted for less than a year. So I decided to get a more expensive one with this company and once again, it lasted less than a year. Of course the warranty expired at about the same time. The worst!!!!!!!!!!!! I contacted the seller and still have not heard from them.

This is an economical (read:cheap) hand dryer meant for LIGHT duty. It's all plastic. It's fine for a guest bathroom where it may not get much use, but these units are not meant for commercial applications.I purchased two units in November 2018 and had each installed in the bathroom of my business (hair salon). As of the time of this review one is still operable and one started malfunctioning about 8 months ago and has been completely unusable for the past 90 days.What can you expect from these units when they do work? Pretty good air flow but it takes a looooong time for the air to heat up when on the warm setting. They are also loud (what air hand dryer isn't) and may not be practical for home use because of this.I am in the process of replacing the malfunctioning dryer with one of a different brand (and more expensive to boot).I'm giving two stars overall in hopes that the sellers (or manufacturers) will update their listing to reflect these units are not meant for commercial use.

It was great for the 3 years that it worked. We bought another hand dryer at the same time as this one and that one is still working although it doesn't look as nice as this one. We wish it was still working but unfortunately after only 3 years we will have to replace it.
