I've been using a K Custom 16" dark crash, an 18" K Custom dark crash/ride and a K Custom 20" Session Ride for several years now. I love them so much that I decided to try these Hi Hats. These are simply spectacular - I fell in love with them the first time I used them. Great bright "chick" sound and lots of flexibility for open, partially open or closed sounds with great definition and stick response. I play with a band that does lots of styles of music and these are perfect for anything we are playing.

These hi hats are the real deal. They have an excellent tone, a bit darker and lower pitched than you would get from a pair of New Beats. I find these work very well with rock, blues and metal. Highly recommended

Beautiful, crisp sizzle. That's the best way I can describe this fantastic hi-hat. I think it's sound is only beat by the Zildjian K 14-Inch Constantinople Hi-Hat but they're more expensive and they sound really similar.

Don't know why these hats are so expensive. They don't really fit in your head well, but they look super snazzy so it's worth it.
