We live in the far northwoods of Minnesota. It's been a cold winter, and our bedroom is the coolest room in the house. But this heated mattress pad is perfect. We set our separate controls to 3 or 4 in the evening to pre-warm our bed, then I leave mine on 1 for a tiny bit of warmth all night long. You could turn it all the way up to 8, but that would be hot. Overall, we'd highly recommend this product. The 2 controls work great, you can't feel the wires, and we love it.

So yesterday, I put this heated mattress pad on my bed in preparation for our colder nights. I have never had an electric blanket or mattress pad, but I opted for the mattress pad, thinking heat rises so this would be better. Also, so I can keep house cooler, and not use heatpump in winter. I did test ilast night, night, it has 8 settings, I just set it on 1. Wow, I slept so well! I did not have that achy bone/muscle feeling I usually have in the morning, especially now that is is cooler at night. Sold, I wish I had done it sooner.My only concern is why do they make Queen size beds with two remotes only? I could not find one with just one remote. I am the only person sleeping in my queen bed and a pain to turn on two remotes. One other positive, all attachments were at head of bed close to the outlet. Looking forward to many more nights of great sleep, and savings on my electric bill! Great product!

Used this at night instead of turning on central heat. Soft , easy to use all night 10 hours stays on. I use on temp 3 or 4, 10 is hot which is great when you climbin bed.

This mattress pad heats up so quickly. It is on the highest setting when turned on, and heats up really quickly so it can be turned to a lower setting when I’m ready to get in bed. I positioned the connector, which are flat, at the head of the bed and they are under the upper top corner of my pillow so I don’t notice them. The power cords are long enough to reach to the electrical socket behind the bed. I usually end up turning it off after a few hours and the bed stays toasty throughout the night

Everyone should have a bed heater!!! We warm up our bed ahead of bed time, then turn it off as we’re getting in bed. So calming and relaxing!!! We purchased this one as we sized up our bed to a king. It works wonderfully. It heats up pretty quickly, but 20 minutes before bedtime would be optimum. My only reservation is that the heating element doesn’t go all the way to the bottom(foot area) of the bed(about 12†short), but it does come to about 4†from the head of the bed. WHICH tells me….i have it on upside down!!! This is because one of the reviews I read said they loved that the electrical plug was at the head of the bed. I don’t remember seeing any materials that told me which end should go where. We all know we’d rather have warm toes and a cool head, so put the plug at the bottom!

I had two older pads that cost about 125$ each. The pre heat stopped working so I tried these --half the price. They work great. I do not understand why their default setting is--8--which they say do not use. I used the 3 setting and had to turn it down to a 1. But fit is good and it set it to a higher setting for an hour and then reduce the heat and set to 10 hrs.

I have ordered these for years, because they work wonderfully- while they do work. We live in a Victorian house without central heat, and I am an invalid who spends many hours in bed. These deliver the most heat of any I have found, so I accepted that they have to be replaced every winter when they quit working, which they will, even on the other beds in the house which get used much less. These have a distinct controller, so you can tell them apart from others even when they are offered by other sellers if you look closely at their pictures of the controller. It is the only one that offers an "always on" button, which is important to someone bed-bound in a cold house. They no longer advertise this feature, so I was happy to see it's the same old controller.This year, however, the thing died almost immediately, and I hoped that it was just a defective one. They quickly sent a replacement. It too immediately died... Now I give up.Two defunct pads to be hauled into town to be returned. I incorrectly assumed that I only needed to return one, since I only actually ordered one, but now the window has closed to return that one, since I can no longer drive, and paying an Uber to return two used, dead mattress pads seemed a bit much. I threw away one of them, as I had only ordered one.Now the best part- I am being charged for two mattress pads, with the return window only open for one of them. An expensive mistake I hope you are spared. I now have another brand that I like much less, but it's still working, and I only had to pay for it once!
