Liked the clock, at first. Changed the battery several times, but it just stopped working. It was not expensive, but it should last more than 7 months.UPDATE: apparently it was the “new“ battery we put in the clock. It was not working properly. Exchanged out that battery and the clock seems to be working fine now.Full disclosure about the look of the clock. It looks to be very substantial and made well. Which is perfectly fine. It is made of very light plastic, however. This is not an issue because no one is going to come into your house and lift up your clock.

This is an amendment to my original review.The first clock stopped working after 4 months. It would only run for a few minutes if I manipulated the battery.The seller contacted me and sent me a new clock. I have had it for a few weeks now and so far it is running well. Time will tell (pun intended).I am impressed with the seller and his concern for the integrity of his product.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my partners home office and he loves it! It’s a lovely clock which looks more expensive than it was. Due to the large white numbers on black and black hands on the white, it’s very clear to read and most importantly it doesn’t make a sound!
