My newborn was 6 lbs and his head flopped around on the 1st car ride home so much that I refused to drive until I found a solution. I found this and ordered it immediately. It fits behind his little head perfectly and his head doesn’t flop around anymore. Does he like it? Probably not, but then again, who would want to wear a neck brace in a car?! But it gives me piece of mind and I know his head is safe. It does lift his head up and push it out a bit, which looks uncomfortable sometimes but he doesn’t cry one bit. I have already recommended this product to friends.

This product was very cheap and did not work very well. The material was not cotton it was more like rayon and had a very slippery feeling to it. I do not recommend this product.

Very tiny and thin babies head wouldn't even fit it way to small it was awful
