I sit all day and this is the first support that fits well in my tall chair. The straps hold the pillow in place and It warms up in seconds and the temperature is easy to adjust. The lower back message feels great throughout my day. 5 stars

Massager is a great pressure and location on the lower back. Heat takes a few minutes to get to the full level, but once it does, it feels fantastic. Excellent for office workers, and/or women with menstrual back pain, which is why I bought it! Comfy fabric and the cushion stays secure.

This lumbar support cushion is amazing! It’s made of this high quality supportive gel, so it’s so comfy to the touch! Provides excellent support when it’s not in use as a massager, and when you need a bit of work on your back, you just lift up the little attached pillow that covers the massage arms and turn it on! Everyone at home is fighting to use it because it’s so well cushioned yet also gives a wonderful massage. The heat option is also a bonus. You just need to be careful using this while working, as it’s so comfy you might fall asleep! :)

The Comfier Back Lumbar Support Pillow arrived within days of ordering. It is light weight, easy to use, and I love the heating and massage. The memory foam added some additional comfort especially to my lower back area. I also liked the adjustable mini support pillow. I was able to place it exactly where I needed it. I am a larger, plus size woman and this product worked really well for me. This is the second product that I have purchased from Comfier and I have to say it did not disappoint me. The motor was strong, and it's rugged enough to use daily. The heat feature has really helped my lower back loosen up. It's certainly been a game changer for me in just a few short days. After sitting for hours at my desk, I used to feel fatigued, tight and sore, but now, I feel as if I have renewed energy at the end of the busy day! I would highly recommend this product to all my friends and family.

This is a great back cushion/support and massager and especially for the price. I do have a bad back from L4 down through S4 and it has currently been acting up (ugh). As soon as I got this, I started using it and for myself I found that the option to go from the clockwise rotation to the “anti-clockwise†rotation did work best for me. The heat is really nice but it does not get too hot. However, I do wish it had a rolling massage option along with the Shiatsu massage. I wish I would have had one of these when I was working in the office and in an office chair all day. But in the end, I would recommend that if you need a back massager along with a back support for your lower back to give this one a try. I would highly recommend when you start using it to start out with short amounts of time (5 minutes or less) and as your back gets used to it then work your way up to longer periods of time.
