I worked hard to find a pillow insert that was made in the USA and waded through dozens of dropshippers to find this company. I’m really pleased with the quality. The pillow is a nice balance of soft and firm and the dimensions are as advertised. I’m happy to pay a bit more for quality and will return to this company in the future!

Not too soft and not like bock foam pillows. I've only had it a few weeks, but use it every day with no change in firmness.

I was able to order a customized pillow size and was skeptical of the quality given the lower price. Just received the pillow (after waiting a couple of weeks) and was amazed at the quality and accuracy of the measurements. This pillow replaces an expensive down-filled pillow and has the firmness needed for lumbar support. Now plan on ordering and replacing all living room pillows.

I bought it for my husband and he seems to like it but I thought it was kind of small. I thought it was going to be more rectangle-like and instead it was more like a square. oh well, lol

Nice quality, very firm, American made. Couldn't ask for more other than perfect fit, which it also is! Fits the lumbar shams from fellow American company, Redland cotton.
