I've used this inflatable lumbar support for about a year and a half and it has eliminated my lower back pain. It inflates like a blood pressure cuff so accommodates different chairs. I bought a second one to have one in the car and one in the house. It deflates easily so doesn't take up any space on airplanes or in my bag. It's sturdy as it hasn't been treated gently in the car or when traveling but it still works like new. Highly recommend!

I use this product when I am going on road trips. It helps to manipulate my lower back as I pump it up and let out the air. It moves my back just enough to keep pain to a minimum with out having to stand up and walk around during plane rides. Very good quality.

This pillow is okay, but not as comfortable as the inflatable pillow that I had before. I only ordered this particular pillow because Amazon was out of the inflatable pillow I really want. The only advantage of the back support pillow is you don't have to blow it up with your mouth. It has a bulb connected to it so you can pump it up manually. I plan to reorder the inflatable pillow when Amazon has it again.

If I'd known it was half red I would have purchased another unit. Other than that, I do like the pump feature, which also includes a button to release air. The strap is good, although like most of these units, it does require adjustment before you get in the car, since it slips down. A 2nd strap at the top might help that; maybe I'll try adding a strap with glue.

This pad is tiny and is hardly wide or long enough to cover my whole lumbar region. The cushion was hard and plastic with a thin fabric netting over it. and hurt my skin, . It also takes forever to pump up and even longer to deflate. If you have arthritis, save your money.

These are must for anyone who has any back discomfort in the car. These customize easily by pumping up or deflating to the perfect low back (or mid-back/spine) fit.

WONDERFUL product for the car seat. The fact that you can adjust the amount of pressure depending on how/where your back is aching is a huge plus. In addition it is not as wide as many other supports (placed vertically) so it does not press on your kidneys and just focuses on supporting the spine. I lent it to a friend for an 8 hour car ride and she loved it as well.

It's like having a balloon on your back. While driving I can feel it shifting around with my body, it's pretty distracting and not comfortable. That said, having something there has reduced my back pain.For the price, it's decent but if you can find something more sturdy/comfortable for a bit more money, get that instead.
