This lumbar pillow is great! Must have for anyone with lower back pain and stiffness. This has helped my back pain significantly. Provides nice back support but it’s also super soft and cushy. The vibration massage is really nice and the heat penetrates deep without being overly hot. The heat and vibration have various levels and modes. I’m very happy with this pillow.

I always sit with a lumbar cushion behind my back and this is even better, so comfy just as a lumbar cushion but I love that I can also add heat and/or vibration if I'm feeling tight and stiff, this really helps soothe and loosen up my lower back when it's tightIt's made of comfy memory foam and the vibrating motors are located in the small of my back where I often have stiffness so it feels really goodWorks great on my office chair and also on a recliner or on the bedIt has 3 modes for vibration and 3 levels of vibration so you can set it to whatever feels good to you.It also has 3 levels of heat, I haven't been able to thoroughly test the heat modes because it's been in the 100s here and the last thing I want is more heat. I did try it though and it heated up quickly and felt really good in the small of my backI've tried a lot of massagers because I get a lot of aches, pain, tightness and stiffness in my back, neck and shoulders, this one is a winner for me.If I was looking for a down side it would only be that it's limited to massaging only one area but that's why I have multiple massagers ðŸ˜

I mostly work on the computer and spend time sitting for longer duration everyday. This lumbar support cushion is made of memory foam and fits perfectly well on office chair. It has a elastic strap for holding the cushion firmly on the back rest of the chair. The material is durable enough to hold it's shape. This comes with two built in vibration massage motors, three preprogrammed massage modes, 3 levels of vibration intensity and heat settings. Can take advantage of 30, 60 or 90 minutes of massage. All these selections can be done on the handheld controller. I am finding it very comfortable in my office chair and run it whenever I get time everyday. The heating combined with massage is exceptional. Must have product for people doing desk job or spend most of the time sitting in one place. It's lightweight and value for money and quick pain reliever.

I bought this heated lumbar support pillow for use while driving, and it works perfectly! The heat and massage features make long drives much more comfortable, and I really like how it helps support my back. It’s easy to use and feels high-quality.

I really loved this - but it stopped working after one day of use. The massage feature no longer works. Will be returning and don’t recommend. If it continued to work I would say it is great- really helps posture.

I wrote a recent review, but it has not posted. Wanted to make sure that people read this and get one. It’s very comforting and efficient while reading or watching tv. It would be highly beneficial for those who sit for long periods of time at a desk etc. The heat is a positive factor with the massage feature as well. Get one and enjoy.

I absolutely loved this thing at first. Good heat, the massage is nice. Took a minute to figure out how to get it positioned on my desk chair so I wasn’t sitting weird but once I did - yay! The strap is a bit too loose even at its tightest to fit my chair so I have to position it everytime which isn’t that big of a deal. However about a month in now and the massage already seems to be wearing out. Sometimes it’s okay and others it’s almost grinding trying to work. Don’t see it lasting much longer which is a bummer.
