🤩I’ve used this to support under my knee, below my achilles tendon for stretching and behind my lower back at night when I sleep.My knee surgery brace basically requires me to sleep on my back but I have a ðŸ‘â€soccer booty†that’s big enough I require support in my lower back but some nights I’m in a sitting position & others I’m almost laying flat so I needed a pillow that had inserts to accommodate that.ðŸ‘👠Adjustable height/thickness bc of the insertsâ£ï¸ðŸ‘👠After removing the two inserts, it creates a dip so the sides hold me in place better.ðŸ‘👠The inserts have a smooth fabric liner over them. 👌ðŸ‘ðŸ‘Quality foam & exterior fabric that’s soft.👉 I don’t think that washing this is a good idea because foam products seem to morph and disfigure one submerged in water and especially so when submerged in soapy water.

I have degenerative disc disease in my lower back which leads to problems with my piriformis muscle and left hip pain. Being a side sleeper I've tried various pillows and different ways of sleeping and wake up with lower back and hip pain.My lumbar pillow arrived yesterday and last night was my first time using it. It was so comfortable and didn't feel like anything was under my side. It's wide enough that when I rolled over there were no problems with it moving or shifting positions.This morning was the first time in a very long time that I awoke without the stiffness in my lower back or twinges of pain in my hip. I highly recommend.

I got this for my workspace, not to sleep on, so I cannot speak to sleeping on this. I hurt my back shoveling snow this winter and I needed a bit of a soft cushion. This is perfect for that and I like that I can also take it in the car if I need to. The firmness feels perfect now, so as it compresses, it may need to be replaced quicker than I'd like, but I can't be sure that will be the case. However, I'd happily order another one, which speaks to how much it helps my poor back.

I don’t know if it’s a one time issue or if the quality has gone downhill, but the newest one I received is super soft and provides very little support - even with two inserts. It’s as if there’s less foam overall. I’ve ordered four of these pillows over the years and they’ve been extremely helpful, so I’m very surprised at the decline in quality this time around.

I was looking for something to support my back while sitting and sleeping. It has a cover piece that is washable and the inner layer piece is also removable so I can adjust the thickness.So far I have loved it! It really helps with my back pain when I have to sit a long time and it doesn’t hurt after leaning on it for a long period. I also use it when I have to sit in a car for roadtrip.Got this as a bundle with a Cervical Pillow and it saved me some money.

I have been using various covered foam rolls for years but this is SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE!!! I wish I had tried this years ago! The contour is much easier on the ribs and/or hips! You can adjust the thickness as there is a zipper ( I added some folded hand towels after a couple of weeks but you can buy inserts if you are fussy or require special softness. ) Totally happy! It tends to stay put due to the under side of the cover. WONDERFUL! THANK YOU!

I got this pillow after having low back and hip pain while I was sleeping while I was pregnant. After getting this, and also doing some low back strengthening exercises, I didn't have any low back pain for the rest of my pregnancy. Pregnancy. Wider parts on each side were enough to also support my belly. During the pregnancy. I use the insert. After the pregnancy. I have continued to use the pillow but without the insert and it is still providing me a low back support which is great. If you're struggling with low back pain during pregnancy, I would definitely recommend giving this a try.

I was very unsure if this pillow would solve my concern. However, it is doing exactly as I had hoped. I am a side sleeper and when I stay in one position too long my hip begins to ache. I took the lumbar inserts out and place the pillow under my hips and I have been sleeping so much better! No hip pain!!! If you are on the fence - believe me, you won’t regret this purchase!

It's not comfortable to lie on, maybe for personal reasons, but it's OK to sit on a chair as a cushion.

Nach einem Wirbelbruch hatte ich schmerzhafte Nächte. Zufällig habe ich dieses Kissen entdeckt. Gott sei Dank!ðŸ™Es verhindert bei Seitenschläfern das Durchbiegen des Lendenwirbels. Die ersten zwei Nächte vielleicht ein bisschen ungewohnt. Aber dann merkt man die Wirksamkeit. Ich habe wirklich keine Schmerzen mehr. Habe es gehofft, aber nicht erwartet. Nun keine Nacht mehr ohne dieses absolute Highlight. Ich habe es in blau. Keine harten Kanten! Echt zu empfehlen.
