Recently I developed Cervical Radiculopathy making it difficult to sit. This pillow has been a life saver on my back pain. It's quality and price is so good I purchased 2 (one for home and one at work). My PT had recommended a medium lumbar pillow. So worth the purchase.

This is an impartial review for the item listed as "Lumbar Roll Lower Back Support Pillow with Upgraded Strap, Lumbar Support Pillow for Office Chair,Car, Relieving Back Pain & Improving Posture, Chair Pillow with Washable Cover-Black, Middle Soft" B0D9D4GT5M and applies to the specific product only.-This cylindrical lumbar pillow is fairly well constructed, soft, and has a tightenable belt / cinch for fastening to a seat or possibly wearing high around the abdomen, functioning much like a belt.Unfortunately for my uses this lumbar pillow was both too small and a too soft to be effective for lumbar support while sitting. I would need it to be more firm, longer and of a larger diameter to be effective as a support.I don't think that this is a case of defect or bad design of the product by any means, it might very easily be just right for individuals of smaller stature.I did find it to be quite comfortable to use as a neck pillow and somewhat useful as support under either knee while stretching on the ground.

I ordered the firm roll pillow for my lumbar spine. I have very bad issues with my entire spine but when I sit I need the lumbar support to help align my spine better. This pillow is firm but I needed that because if it's too soft it won't support like I need it to. It is actually perfect since it is firm but also has some give in it, meaning it compresses somewhat when I lean on it. I do not know about the strap because I have never tried to use it. I sit reclined on the sofa and just place the pillow behind my lumbar spine and it works perfectly and stays in place on it's own. If you have back problems get this pillow! It is so comfortable and feels amazing on a bad and very sore spine!

This is as nice as the major brand name that is sold, but less expensive. Seems to be just as sturdy and firm too.

I have a compression fracture and experience mid/upper back pain. My PT suggested rolling a towel to put behind my back for an extension stretch. I found that using this pillow works really well. I like that the elastic strap helps it stays in place and I can just leave it on the chair and use it without fuss. It’s very lightweight but effective.Very satisfied.
