I really wanted this for back support in the car, because we travel a lot. At first glance, I was a bit disappointed because it looked smaller than I expected. It looks like it was made for a child or small adult. I am 5' 11" and 185 lbs, so it looked too small for me.I have to say, it surprised me at how well it works. I am sitting at my computer chair using it right now, and it helps me from slouching and getting a sore back. Even though it looks a bit small, it actually feels fine.It is quite nice looking and made from high quality materials. I really like it for traveling. It works well in the car, but it also works well when I'm in a different bed without my special pillow. I can turn this over and it gives me the firm support I need to sleep on my side.I was skeptical, but it has made a believer out of me.

I was looking for a back support for my recliner. I came across this and figured for the price point I would try it out. It fluffed up nicely once it came out of the package but I couldn't believe how small it is. In my recliner and what I needed it wasn't thick enough. I found another small pillow and with the two of them in my chair I am comfortable and my back supported. Overall it was easy to use just not enough support by itself for my needs, but now that I added the extra pillow I'm enjoying it more.

I bought a new recliner and even though it’s comfortable it ends up hurting my lower back. I ordered another lumbar pillow and instantly returned it. I’m a larger, senior female and it just couldn’t accommodate me. I purchased this one and so far it is exactly what I need. It is the right depth, firmness and it is just enough support for me. I would highly recommend this pillow for recliners if you need additional support for your back. Very happy with my decision to purchase this item.

Bought for my Mom to put in her recliner. She says it works great and helps her back tremendously.
