I bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandma because she has really bad back problems and has had surgery for it and I am soe excited to give it to her!It's bigger and thicker than I thought it was which is amazing because some come small and wonr cover your back. It also contours to the shape of your back to offer extra comfort and support.Comes with a user manual so you know exactly what it does and how to work it.There's an adjustable strap that goes around the back so it can clip to a car seat, kitchen chair, rocking chair, literally anything! I was even able to flip it around to strap it to my stomache to hold it on my back when I don't have a backrest to lean on!The heating function is awesome and heats up super fast! It has 3 heat settings and even have 3 vibration intensity settings too!It comes with a long charging cord and even comes with a car adapter so you can use it while driving!It has a remote that attaches to the cushion and even has a little pocket on the side so you don't lose it which I absolutely love. It's not confusing to use because it only has 4 buttons that work for each thing.It has an auto shut off too so you don't have to worry about it running all day if you forget to turn it off.The price was low and totally worth it! The cushion is so soft yet firm at the same time and the relaxation is incredible!I'm really surprised at the strength of this back massager and you should absolutely get it!

I have tried several lumbar support pillows with heat. Most don't have good heat and a lot have the shiatsu that is too strong/not comfortable.This is probably the best heating and massager (and I didn't buy it for the massager, but it is amazing).The one I received wasn't ugly blue (like the ad), you should update that. I only bought this bc I was desperately trying to find something that would work for me. I hate blue, but I have tried so many things like this that don't have good heating functions. I gave this a Hail Mary, AND IT FRICKEN SURPRISED ME!I've used it now for a few hours and I can't believe how much I love the massage (which I never knew could be so good!) I get my nails done, I sit in the chair, I am telling you, this is a good massager and the heat is pretty good. Just give it time.It really is the best I have tried!!!

This lumbar support pillow is awesome! I couldn’t get enough of the heat and vibration—it felt so soothing that I kept restarting it every time it turned off. Not only does it make sitting significantly more comfortable, but I’ve also noticed a real decrease in my back pain after using it regularly. The combination of heat and gentle vibration is pure bliss for my lower back. Recommend this to anyone looking for relief and added comfort in their daily routine

Received it today, started using it. It’s really good for back support and you can relax for some times with the massager. Now I got a chance to take a break from work because I can have fun with the massager. Thanks Amazon for the good packing as always.

It’s comfortable but I really wish it would get warmer, the highest heat setting is warm but I wish it got warmer. I also wish it didn’t auto shut off at 15 minutes.
