I've tried several lumbar pillows for the car, and this is the first one that really does the job! It keeps me in a good upright position and gives alot of support for my back. Works great for herniated disc in lower back.

The pillow is memory foam and has a good portion from the lower lumbar to the upper back support for me. The pillow filled up the huge gap on the lumbar area, and moved my seating position towards the foot pedals. It was a great help with my short legs. I tried previously by using a wedge pillow, but it also left my feet dangling with the extra height from below my knees. This lumbar pillow solved my issues and is comfortable at an affordable price. The con is the straps are short. It barely fits the seat. The elastic straps will need a close watch as it may lose the elasticity over time. Overall it is my favorite lumbar pillow for my car.

Nicely made. I wish it had little high to support the neck and head too. Works great with a cushion on or a neck support on top of it.

8 weeks ago I suffered an accident and have a vertebral compressor fracture. I wear a brace, but still have to drive. I haven’t even attempted to hook it on to the seat. I have a farm truck I have to drive (61 year old lady here) stick shift and it’s not comfortable at all to drive, but at least now I have a comfortable support for my back. I am very happy with it. Driving is torturous and painful so anything that helps is good. I haven’t done a long drive drive more than about 30-40 minutes, but before that was also painful and now it’s not!!! Gives my back the support it needs. I can recommend it!

Maybe I'm not completely clear on the definition of what qualities lumbar support products should have bc I thought that there was an implied firmness in certain areas to obtain the desired effect. While this is very soft and comfy, that is kinda where the buck stops. It's more of a gel feel and gives way too easily for something that is supposed to be supportive.

This has been a gamechanger for my office. It fit my office chair perfectly and seems like it would fit most. I sit back now instead of on the edge of my seat. Great lumbar support!

This lumbar support cushion provides support in all the right places. I love the neoprene cover and the adjustable straps holds the cushion perfectly. It doesn’t shift or need readjusting once it’s put in place. I work sitting at my desk for 7-8 hours per day, and I have been using it for about 5 days. I have not hurt at all in my lower back or shoulders since I started using it.

I have terrible sitting posture at my computer. I spend a lot of my time in my home office sitting in a desk chair, and because of this I tend to shift around, sit quite low, or sit bolt upright in the chair just to stay a bit more comfortable. Naturally it give me a lot of pains in my back after a while and hoped this would fix it.When I first opened this support cushion I was very skeptical. It was far larger than I thought it would be and it makes you feel like it's taking up half the chair at first. The first time I used it I felt like it was far too bulky and stiff to use. I decided to give it another chance though and boy am I glad I did!Over the next week of use I found it softened up a lot and became so much more comfortable! It fits so much better to my back and give me so much more support, even with all my weird sitting positions.My only problem with it is that its pretty ugly. Having a big lumpy cushion with three different belts fastened around the back of the chair is hardly an attractive sight. Also, I notice that it doesn't come as far up my back as I would like, ending up with two little points on the top edge that can dig under my shoulder blades quite annoyingly. I'm a 5"11 man so completely average height. If you're taller then I can't imagine it would be comfortable at all for you. Ideally, I would have liked it if they made it a bit longer so that it covered your shoulder blades too.Overall I'd still recommend it though. If you sit for a long time driving or at a computer, this will make you back feel so much better afterwards.

Very very good product before this is was getting a lot of pain in my lower back after driving for longer than am hour I told my friend and he recommended this and I've been using it for over a month now and had no pain since!

This item seemed to be well made, but it tended to push into the middle of my back, pushing me too far forward in my seat and making me feel somewhat sick. Perhaps if it had somehow pushed more uniformly over my back I would have found it more useful.
