Almost all such products wobble around and do not hit the right spots. This design is made for those who really need a lumbar support to prevent backaches after prolonged sitting. The straps, the seat, and design are all well made to keep that lumbar support in place and effective. Highly recommended for those who really need lumbar support. For those looking just for a soft cushion, this may not be for you. This back rest actually provides support to the lower back in the correct locations. This is not just a simple back rest with a cushion.

I was getting pain between the shoulder blades and began to realize that it was caused by poor posture while sitting in a dining chair and looking at my iPad too long. I found exercises online, but no amount of back stretching exercises will help if you go right back to the behavior that caused the problem. This seat and back combo has really helped me to sit up straight at the table, and the pain is almost gone after just a few days. Highly recommend if you think your back pain is simply caused by poor posture while sitting.

I do a lot of waiting on our kids during their soccer practices in my car and was looking for additional cushion support while sitting in the car chairs looking down on my phone 😅. Saw and like how the design with the standing back support will be better for my back and shoulders than the other flat cushions.I was right.This does all that it advertises.I feel like in addition to my back not aching as much, with the support, my shoulders/low back neck area doesn’t get as sore vs when I don’t use it while looking down at my phone.One other notable thing to comment on, is that this is quite bulky for the driver seat. With the driving wheel and then this cushion, it just makes the whole seat feel more cramped. I use it when sitting down on the passengers side and it’s better. Maybe that can be a design improvement by making the protruding parts of the seat a bit more flattened/doesn’t stick out as much. Or just overall slightly more slimmed version of the product.

HEADS UP: ONLY, ONLY ONLY order the grey one. DO NOT order the Black, which is MISSING THE MEMORY FOAM INSERTS IN THE 4 PATCHES, which make this cushion usable and comfortable. The grey one is exellent. I wanted a black one too as I live in a small space in my RV. The grey with the memory foam inserts in the patches, is helping me sit upstraight on my old dilapidated RV seats. The black one may be an original model I have no idea. I cannot contact the store. And Amazon is selling the black for $2 more. Once again, the black cushion is inferior and missing the soft memory foam in the 4 patches for the butt and back. I am grateful for this grey cushion and although expensive, is helping me enourmously. I am a 74 yr. old small woman. ONCE AGAIN, ONLY PURCHASE THE GREY SEAT WITH THE BLACK PATCHES. The black is a total waste of time and money. I also have seen and tried 2 black cushions and they are both the same - MISSING the essential memory foam inserts. Give the light grey one a try!!!

This seat does help correct posture and relieves lumbar back pain with sitting. This seat combined with raised platform for crafting is perfect combo.

This thing is more a pillow than a seat. It says it can be used anywhere, but that anywhere needs to be shaped like a chair with a back. The thing came vacuum sealed to compress the memory foam to save space and the way it folded small didn't bode well. Cut it open and waited a day for the foam to uncompress. So the entire thing is too soft and you need a chair to actually give support, it can't provide it on its own. If you tighten the two straps it really does nothing, the straps just dig into the soft foam and the back kinda collapses down(picture a skinny belt cinched tight around a ordinary pillow). If there's no chair back or wall and you lean back, you're basically going to fall backwards. It says you can use it on the floor, but no way unless its on the floor against the wall. Shame because i'm a sports photographer and sitting cross legged on the floor alot, i was hoping for something that could give me back support. If they maybe offered some plastic inserts to stiffen it or redesigned the way the straps attached to spread out the forces so it doesn't just squish the foam in. As for the performance itself, it offers pretty good comfort and lumbar support. It only covers the lower back so it would be nice to lean shoulders back too. The butt portion is more shaped to fit your body than typical chairs. If i were to do it again i'd probably get a tall backed chair with good lumbar support and get just a shaped cushion for the bottom. For now its being used by my elderly father while he exercises with a desk cycle. The pedal motion hurts his tailbone and the thick cushion alleviates that

I’ve been using this back alignment product for a couple of months now, and it’s been an absolute game-changer! I often work on my laptop from the couch, and this product has been a lifesaver in maintaining good posture and preventing back pain. It also keeps my bum cool and provides excellent airflow, which is a huge plus.Before purchasing this product, I was skeptical about its effectiveness and wondered if it would just be another gadget to add to my collection. The seat cushion felt good initially, and I really liked the lumbar support. I also liked the fact that the angle of the back cushion is adjustable. But, after using the cushion for about 20-30 minutes my legs started falling asleep. Apparently, the front edge of the seat cushion was cutting off the blood circulation. I'm 6 ft tall, have long legs, and it may have just been a matter of the cushion not being a good fit for me in particular. Someone with shorter legs may have better results. It just didn't work for me.

TO my surprise, the box it arrive in was VERY SMALL, as I opened it up I realize it's very much like one of those mattresses, vacuum packed.Takes about an hour to fully inflate and air out as instructed.I use it on a kitchen chair as that is my temporary office until our basement is completed.So far I'm happy with it as it supports my posture and adjusts in all the right places.Build quality is good enough it should last the duration of a dozen years if treated correctly. Used in direct sunlight in a vehicle I can't say with any certainty.I cut off the sewn on straps one may use to attach to a car seat I suppose, the bottom of this will grip most car seats but that is a choice you may make to leave them or not, I found them intrusive for me.Overall, pretty happy with this as is my back so a win-win.
