This pillow arrived quickly. It is ergonomically shaped for the lumbar region of the back, and was comfortable for someone who is about 5' and someone who is about 6'. It's lightweight and designed for the car but we found it works well in an easy chair also.The foam is soft yet dense enough to not collapse like a wet noodle after 30 seconds like so many others that we have reviewed and tried. There is only a slight odor to the pillow when it arrives, but not overwhelming like a lot of memory foam products.The outer case is made of what feels like polyester in a dark charcoal gray/black color. We liked that the cover is removable for washing because it does a nice job of wicking moisture away from your back with the breathable fabric.Overall very nice pillow with comfort and support.

I kept this product as I do like it. Just wish it was a little sturdier/heavier. I wanted something without any zipper/plastic clip etc on the back as I am using this on a leather chair and didn't want anything to rub. This works! Just a little too squishy and not very thick.

I drive a base model vehicle for my rideshare business, and as you can imagine, it lacks lumbar support. Spending 8+ hours driving can really take a toll on your back. After trying multiple pillows, this one finally did the trick. I’ve been using it for 3 months now, and I have to say I’m impressed. The pillow hasn't deformed like others have, and the color matches well with my car's interior.Out of curiosity, I tried using this pillow in my luxury SUV, which already has great lumbar support, and found it provided too much support for that vehicle. I'll be keeping this pillow in my company car. If your car lacks lumbar support and you need more comfort, give this pillow a try.
