This pillow was definitely a great purchase. I’ve been experiencing lower back pain for years with no clear reason why. Changed mattresses, slept in various positions, pain meds to manage, and just kind of settled for possibly aging (I’m only 37 lol). The very first night I slept with this pillow no pain when I woke up. Slept a night without it pain was back. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks any night that I sleep with it by pain is either absent or very minimum.

Great fit for my needs. The first lumbar pillow thick enough to actually support my back (I have a very deep arch ) and its also the widest one I've found that is great for people who toss and turn.Overall nice cover, the gel part is a bit uncomfortable on your skin, but it's high quality and easy to remove and wash. Overall good support and does what it says.

I like this lumbar support but really struggled to use it for sleep. I would wake up even more stiff than when I went to bed. I do find it a fantastic lumbar support for my chair though, so I use it all the time during the day. The gel is definitely cooling when you first start using the support which is nice and soothing.

Bought this thinking it would help my back pain, but it gave me back pain when sleeping with it that I can barely move. I tried it with the gel sleeve on and tried it with the gel sleeve a few nights, thinking I just needed to get used to it and no relief. Sleeping with it made my back pain worse!However, It's great pain relief and support while sitting with it in a chair or on the couch. Would not recommend this for sleeping for lower back pain. Helps with lower back pain if you use it while sitting.

The cooling pad work great!! This pillow has provided a lot of support and is comfortable to use while sleeping. I am finally able to sleep better each night without constant pain.

This Neam Gel lumbar support pillow has a zipper on the back which allows you to remove it and put it in the refrigerator or freezer to get it cold and act like a cold compress. Once it is cold you can put it back on the polyurethane pillow so you can use it as a cold compress. The design helps with the pain relief. You can position it wherever you need it from your lumbar back or up around your neck. It is a great value for the money. I would recommend it and would purchase it again.

This pillow is fantastic. It does support my back. It's comfortable and the front panel is made of some kind of gel which is cooling. You can bend it in half if needed. Helps with lower back pain. It's not large so if you need something big you need different one.

I do like this pillow. I have scoliosis and it’s helpful when sleeping at night. Unfortunately the cooling gel part only stays cool for like the first 5-10 mins of laying on it. I actually prefer to sleep with it on the no gel side because it feels more comfortable to me.

It takes pressure off your spine and hips. It actually helps to align and properly position your body while you sleep so you do not wake up with as many aches and pains!! AND the gel pads are a fantastic feature! They really do cool you off or help to cushion whatever side/back you are laying on it.10/10 I am super super happy with this purchase.

Bought this thinking it would help my back pain but this product gives me back pain when sleeping that I can barely move, tried multiple nights thinking I just need to get use to it but no. I would return if I kept the packaging but I did not so stuck with this useless product. Do not buy!

It's an amazing thing. Since using it for a week, my back and lower back pain has relieved a lot. Its thickness and memory foam fit our anatomy well. worth having
