This back lumbar support device is exactly what I needed!I am a Driving Instructor, in a car for 8 hours a day. This lumbar support is everything it claims to be and more!It's not just a back pillow. Being able to strap it to the car seat, where the design fits perfectly to the curve of the seat and my body, and use heat as needed, feels so good.I love that I'm able to pump it firmer, and turn the heat on or off, with 3 different levels and time settings. All of these features make it an extra great value for the money!

The pad is comfortable and it has plenty of heat, perhaps a little too much for the low setting. I have to cover it with a towel and it is still a little too hot.

For me it is a bit too bulky and the heat pad gets a bit too hot. Otherwise it is usable and I am keeping it.

This unit barely gets warm (less than warm is the best I can describe it - coolish). It slips, and is very uncomfortable.The support is not sufficient for the lumbar area.

I bought this for my wife. It has helped so much with her back pain and improving her seated posture. Helps you to naturally have pressure/weight on the part of your back where it belongs. Adjustable by adding/releasing air. Also has heat, but doesn’t get uncomfortably hot like a lot of other items. Overall, highly recommended if you have back pain, especially chronically.

Bought this for my pregnant friend and she is so happy with this lumbar support pillow! It's winter and she's in advanced pregnancy so the heating and massage really help her sit at work. She has so much pressure on her back now and she says this pillow gives her much needed relief. She said she can feel the relief from the massage every time she uses it. I am now going to buy one for myself too!
