My first one was for my recliner! Then I bought one for my car seat! Wonderful! Not too thick but very supportive. Needed something wide but not bulky! Sure is a find!

I recently lost 65 lbs and noticed that my spine was now digging uncomfortably into the back of my car seat. My car was always really comfortable before. I figured I'd just need some kind of soft, memory foam backrest to cushion my spine. This was the perfect choice. It's soft, cushiony, and not too thick. I didn't need bulk, just cushion. It worked out great. I'm in a lot less pain now. I usually use a backrest with a firm back when I'm not in the car, and I was worried that it wouldn't be supportive enough but it actually has been. Because it's soft and has no rigid parts, I was able to put it in a backpack and take it on a plane trip. It was a good purchase and I ended up buying another one for my couch.

The support and thickness are great, but why fold it in half for shipping? Doing so creates a permanent crease in the memory foam, which damages the product before it even reaches the buyer.

I always need a back support pillow when sitting for long time periods. Have used many but like this one above all others. Used on an 11 day motor coach trip and found it very helpful adding to my back comfort.

I ordered one for my sofa, and it made an enormous difference to my back! That one was shipped flat. I love it!! I've been trying to get another one for my car. So far I have ordered and returned 5 identical pillows, which were all shipped folded. They are MEMORY FOAM. When they are folded, it ruins the shape, and they get a lumpy ridge running from top to bottom. I have tried everything, but can't fix them. It's a very frustrating, situation! Not a cheap pillow. I want another, but returning every one is tedious and wastes time and gas. So, a 5-star first purchase, and 5 more purchases with no stars at all.

I bought it for my recumbent trike, on which I have over 12000 miles. Recently I developed pain in my lower back when cycling. I used the pillow two days and it is amazing.I just bought a second one for a friend and it was packed so tightly it ruined it. I don’t know what to do.It is not the perfect gift now for someone with a sore back?!
