I bought this item because I started having lower back pain a little over two weeks ago. I believe the source of my pain is working from home the last year and not getting up and moving around as much as I was used to when I was in the office coupled with very poor posture (my chiropractor calls it the praying mantis).I'm not going to claim that my pain has disappeared magically because it hasn't. That will require more visits to the chiropractor, better posture and some at-home exercises. However, I'm very happy with this purchase for multiple reasons:1) I like that I can tie this to my chair making it more stable/fixed than the rolled up towel that I had been trying prior to getting this. I can also move it up and down on the chair so that it hits me in the right spot in the back for my height.2) While my office chair is pretty decent, the back isn't adjustable and when I'm not doing the praying mantis I think I'm leaning too far back. With this pillow, it's forcing me to sit in an more upright posture which I think is more in line with proper ergonomics.3) Being memory foam, it's super comfortable to sit against unlike my rolled up towel which was hard and got uncomfortable at times.4) Good construction. The cover is nice quality and it looks nice. I think it should hold up well.5) Reasonably priced.

Great massager, takes a minute to feel the heat. Turns off after 15 minutes and can overheat, if you need to use it multiple times in one sitting, you have to take a break.

I ordered another similar to this and it was comfortable enough. Since they were vacuum sealed, I just kept the one I had open and sent this one back. I will order this one when I need another one.

GREAT, GREAT product! AFTER 50+ years of so MANY doctors, MRI'S X-RAYS, WORLD RENOWNED ORTHOPEDIC back SPECIALISTS, BACKS contraptions, prescription & OTCmedicines, 10's of 1000's of Dollars on support belts, FINALLY, some relief! Taking 1/4th, 1/3rd of back pain meds NOW! I'm wearing a Velcro support belt & can walk without a cane & so much pain NOW! I'm buying 2 MORE, one for my car & one for my cousin!If you get one, I hope it helps you like it has helped me! I was retired, but, am going back to work now!

This isn’t bad. If you need a very firm support, this is it. If you get the right position behind you it’s nearly perfect. That’s the problem though, the positioning. If you get in the car and don’t get out and back in, I’d think this would do well for you, but if you do delivery driving or short distance driving regularly, this is firm, so your body will push it slightly out of position and you’ll be reaching behind yourself to adjust it. The only other weakness is because it’s so firm you will sit away from your seat, so it really kind of needs some kind of head support. I’d hate to get in an accident using this, the whiplash would be dramatic I think. For those reasons I wanted to give it 3 stars, but in truth I think this could be really good for someone and I wouldn’t want to make people thinks it’s bad, it simply requires the right kind of driver and additional support for the head.

It is recommended by the doctor that your back can get extra massage during daily job with the help of such a product. Would consider a second one for home office.
