Lumbar type chair cushion. As a short woman my legs don’t touch the floor of I sit the whole way back into furniture. If I want my legs to touch floor I need a cushion to fill the empty space between my lower back and the chair back. These work great since they also fill the space on each side of my hip area.

I bought this pillow intending to use it as a lumbar pillow, as advertised. I soon found out it's not great for that purpose, but it's an excellent pillow to have under my head for back and side sleeping. It's thin, but firm and supportive, just the way I like. My quality of sleep has improved noticeably, and I wake up with less neck pain that I used to. I should buy more of these for travel and to keep around the house!

I was looking for lumbar support and this pillow completely disappointed. It is smaller than stated. It comes sealed and shrunken so you have to give it a few days to completely open. It's been weeks and it's still smaller than stated and not firm at all. Waste of money as lumbar support and as just a back pillow in general.

This pillow is really effective. 10 out of 10 for giving the appropriate level of lumbar support. It falls short on looking like a quality piece. It's used in our nursery where no one ever goes. I think if it were in a more public place, I'd likely have looked for something else.

Initially, the pillow needed to be fluffed out, and seemed small, but after use it is actually quite comfortable and helpful. Helps you sit up straighter in chair, and provides good lumbar support. Designed well

Don't buy this. While it looks like the perfect size and shape, it comes all scrunched in a vacuum sealed package And does not fully open up. So it's useless as any kind of support.
