Having tried *numerous* lumbar & back support products for my 2007 Honda Civic car seat (which has headrests that jut forward and are very uncomfortable without an additional back cushion), the *only* one that worked well for me—prior to this product—was the inflatable Corflex Medic-Air “Back Pillo†(recommended by my physical therapist at the time). It was very comfortable and provided great support.The only negative was that every “Back Pilloâ€inevitable started leaking within about a year. So I ended up purchasing several of them over the years. When I needed another one last year, I found that Corflex had discontinued it.Fortunately, my current physical therapist recently found Nyack Exchange’s inflatable back pillow online.I ordered one immediately, and am *very* pleased with it so far! It’s very comfortable and provides great lumbar and back support.It also looks more durable, so perhaps it will hold up longer than the Corflex Medic-Air Back Pillo?So glad that Nyack Exchange is selling this product, and I hope they continue to offer it for years to come!

This item cannot be blown up enough to hold air, bc the hole to do so is very large and massive amt of air leaks out before you can close the valve. Horrible product.

I use “air†pillows all the time and the most common problem with them is that I am continually forced to replace the air which has oozed out. I did not have the problem with this product. It retains the air well.
