With working at home and needing to sit frequently I was looking for a lumbar support cushion. Found this one and this cushion is awesome. Fits my chair back easily, even works wells on wider chair backs with the adjustable straps and is very comfortable. The three adjustable vibration modes, two heat settings and the timer option gives great value for what you get. The vibration modes aren’t too strong, the heat options get warm nicely and the cushion is very sturdy.If you’re looking for a comfortable lumbar cushion that is soft, great value and easily portable then this cushion is for you. I highly recommend this lumbar cushion fir your daily use.

I have always, like many, suffered from lack of lumbar support in an office chair. Doesn’t matter if it states it has it, it never does. Howe ever, this heated lumbar support pillow has fixed that! I used it for a full eight hours yesterday and I do love how it hugs my lower back. It is easy to add onto any chair. The cord is long enough that it doesn’t snag on my chair or anything. The heat is the perfect amount of heat to keep my lower back feeling good. I don’t love the vibration feature. I tried multiple times throughout the day and couldn’t come around to it. It provides me more comfort without the vibration. I do like the self timer feature. I also like how you can dim the heat if it does become too much for you. Overall, I would recommend this product, and have already to my fellow coworkers.

This is a great lumbar pillow on its own as it's nice n soft. It feels nice on my back and since it's fairly small, it's easy to transport between my gaming chair and my arm chair. The vibration is strong but soft as in it applies enough pressure but doesn't feel too sharp. It also gets comfortably warm which is great on colder days. I'd love if it had those rotating balls as opposed to just vibration but if you're looking for something to relax with in the evening, this is a great option.

Ours stopped working after about a month. The circuit board for button controls inside the case is held in a pouch sealed with Velcro. If you open the pouch and remove the circuit board, you'll see where the wires connect to the board. Wiggle the connectors, and you may find that the heat and massage functions work again. Put the board back in the Velcro pouch (use the holes for the LEDs to line it up properly) and reseal it. Put the pillow back in the case and it should be OK until it stops working again. Not a very robust design, but fixable.

This is a beautiful item with firm foam and soft fabric. It fits the body well, heats up quickly. The downside for us is that the vibration is offered only as pulses and does not have a steady vibration mode. We found the pulsing vibration - unpleasant - and the accompanying sound also unpleasant.Returning this one and have ordered a different onle.

It was fine at first but like most cars.. after the warranty it breaks 🤣 The motor is making a loud noise. The heater still works but the vibration doesn't and I only had it maybe 37 days🤦ðŸ¾â€â™€ï¸

Terrible and awful for my concentration, that is.I'm an author who spends a lot of time in an office chair, and I also have spine issues, including facet joint arthritis and degenerative disk disease. I'd heard about using lumbar cushions from other disabled authors, and decided to give this one model a try. But as soon as I turned it on, my brain stopped. The combination of heat and vibration felt incredible! So good, in fact, I simply sat there for the 15 minutes of vibration, enjoying it in silent bliss, instead of working.To recover my ability to concentrate and do my work, I've started a new daily routine: When I first sit in my office chair, I have the vibration set for the default 15 minutes and relax with my eyes closed. After it ends, I start my work. I have no trouble concentrating with just the heat, by the way, so that's on for the duration of my writing session, whether it's an hour or four. Not only do I not feel as much pain and discomfort from the office chair, but this routine has significantly improved how my lower back feels for the rest of the day, too.Highly recommend this for other folks who have lower back issues!
