I know this brand name and have used this company before. However, It was the first time that I encountered an issue with the thickness of the filters that could not be verified. Seller communicated to make sure my issue is corrected. Today I received my new filters. All is working fine.

I received these yesterday. They arrived bent and part of the filter had been pulled out of the frames . The delivery box wasn’t damaged so it must have happened prior to packaging in the box. If they weren’t so flimsy, they probably wouldn’t have been damaged.

I finally replaced the hood protectors and they work great. They kept out the May every year termites. I also put foil over them to really keep them out. They are very pretty and wish I’d done it sooner. Highly recommend and will purchase again.
