The product was delivered in its regular box with no Amazon box. I opened it and it looked new but is very cheaply made. The hinge felt lose and the clip that holds it shut is a thin piece of plastics which is hard to get in place and was useless.. The toaster stopped working after one use.The top plat didn't heat at all and then the whole thing died when I re plugged it back in. Absolute garbage, I would just buy a known make next time this thing looks like it came out of the 99c store... pure rubbish.

Worked fine on first use. On second use, the bottom cracked when I tried to make a turkey/cheddar sandwich. Returning and going with a better brand/quality.
