This is very well built and will be very useful for my household. I purchased this at the recommendation of my daughters physical therapist and am not sure what I expected, but it's extremely sturdy and the grip tape on top is very strong. The pads on the side keep it from hitting the ground to abruptly and damaging our floors. It was a great value purchase that I can see us using indefinitely.

I just received it and found it to be a bit shorter then I thought it would be. It's solid and well built. I think it will work well with the balance routine I'm working on.

I bought this balance board for my husband to use after his below knee amputation. Once he got his prosthetic leg, he started physical therapy. His therapist suggested getting a balance board to help him with weight shifting. This board has been a great tool in his road to becoming mobile again.

Good for developing leg muscles associated with balancing. A physical therapist recommended I get one for home use. Perfect size to keep handy and usable instead of having to get it out of the way. I keep mine in kitchen so I can use while doing dishes and prep work. An excellent value for exercise equipment.

I purchased this board to continue my physical therapy at home after my surgery on my foot. It is well made, light weight and convenient to use! Very good value for the money too!

This product is made well but is too stable for what we needed. I love the grip on top. However, everyone in my family can balance on this device and do simple movements. I can see this being used for toddlers or people that have no balance at all.
