So I really like that these swim shorts provide so much coverage. They are a really comfortable cut and length. I usually am between a L and XL and I decided to go with an XL and am glad that I did. I feel that these run a little bit small. They fit well around the waist but they did feel a little more snug through the legs. I want the underpart of the shorts to fit snug which they did but I expected the top layer of the shorts to be a little more flowy I guess. I still like them but it just wasn't the fit I was expecting.I like that these shorts of pockets that zip closed. I really thought that was a nice detail to have.Overall, I like these swim shorts and am planning on taking them on vacation. The material is soft and slick feeling. This fabric will dry quickly.Again, wasn't the exact fit I was expecting but for the most part these are very nice.

These are super comfortable swim shorts, or even everyday shorts! Love the zippered side pocket, and the built in lining. They do seem a little longer than 5â€, but maybe it’s just me. They hit about mid thigh on my 5’4†frame

Baleaf 5" swim shorts provide excellent coverage and is exactly what I was looking for. I like swimsuits to be comfortably modest and these will be perfect, paired up with a matching tankini. The 3.5" waistband is supposed to be snug enough to provide some tummy control, except it is a bit large, so there is no support. There is an inner drawcord that allows for some adjustment for the waist. The waistband is made from different fabric than the actual shorts and looks a bit shiny, which I do not like. The fabric does provide UPF of 50+ and is non see through, especially with the built in boxer liner. These swim shorts will be great for not only swimming, but water sports or even around the house. The 2 zippered side pockets are a great addition, especially to keep small items secure. Overall, I recommend these swim shorts and would purchase them again.

These swim shorts are exactly what I wanted—high-waisted, comfortable, and the perfect length for coverage without feeling bulky. Looks nice, fits nice, but they take a strangely long time to dry - they stayed wet long after my swimsuit top and rashguard were both dry, worth commenting on…
