I wasn't sure how this product would be as I was giving it to a long-term friend, who is a serious book persona and a former Librarian. She called me the date she received it. LOVED IT...Thought is was of good quality, sturdy and she loved the design. I'll be adding another one for her home soon.

I bought two of these for a friend who is retiring and building a library in her new house. I thought they were beautiful, and she was crazy about them. They are a good size, 17 inches tall, well made out of metal, and yet look somewhat delicate because of the books on the shelf. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Though smaller than expected, this bookend will hold normal sized books. Cute and classy decoration for any home library shelf. I bought this as a gift for my librarian daughter. I know she will love it.

While it is very attractive and light weight, the weight works against it as the weight of books easily knock it over. I solved the problem by getting another pair of very thin bookends that slide under the books to make up for the sturdiness.

Ottimo fermalibri, rifinito alla perfezione, non ha parti taglienti o che graffiano, ha dei piccoli piedini antiscivolo, i particolari sono accuratissimi, si può scegliere tra tanti soggetti uno più bello dell'altro..Unica nota spiacevole, la spedizione (gestita da amazon): ho ordinato insieme due fermalibri di Balvi, il primo mi è arrivato in un pacco a brandelli, il secondo in ritardo dopo esser passato senza motivo della Repubblica Ceca (secondo il tracking).....bah!Ma tutto è bene quel che finisce bene..
