My wooden rolling pen is so well wrapped. It is just the right size & weight for spreading dough and, of course, for flour tortillas. I couldn’t believe my eyes because it matched my wooden cutting board. Yes I will buy again.

I bought the largest size, so it does have some weight to it. It was put into a box a bit longer and much, much wider than the pin, with ZERO packing - not even a wad of paper! It had been rolling and pounding around in that box for its entire trip to me, and one end had been poked through by the loose, heavy pin. Fortunately, the hole was only about 80% torn out, so it stayed in the box and was not damaged, but come on! Use a little common sense in packing, people! This is the second item I received this week in inadequate packaging (the other item WAS damaged). I would have given 5 stars except for the terrible packing.Otherwise, it’s a lovely, straight piece of beech wood (not bamboo - the company’s name, Bamber, has confused some folks.). It’s beautifully finished and will last a lifetime.

Great product. The wood for the pin is very hard with a extremely smooth finish. The size which is a 13 inch in length and 1 1/4 inch in width is very comfortable for my small hands and it has just the right weight for my liking. Now, I do light baking nothing crazy so maybe thats why I have no complains. Its easy to clean, it doesn't stick to what it would be a sticky dough so really it works wonders for me.

I didn’t really buy it for cooking but more to roll my muscles out and strengthen my shins for muay thai. Standard piece that works. Solid product.

I taught myself how to make tortillas and needed a rolling pin that was not as large as my old standard pin with handles.This is the perfect size! Wood is beautiful and cleans easily (literally just wipes clean). The dough does not stick to it and its easy to roll out the dough, using either one or two hands.

Okay what am I doing here. I’m writing a review for a bamboo rolling pin. What is there that I can say? It rolls on stuff well. Time to catch up on Schitt’s Creek.
