These blinds were a replacement for my fraying and torn previous blinds. They look much better than the earlier ones because the individual strands are flatter and smaller, allowing them to be rolled up easily and compactly. They also block more sunlight due to the compact weave. They are installed on my back porch and so far, they have survived the wind, rain, and snow with no adverse effects.

Love the way the blinds looked. They are not for the outside, got moldy very fast, which made me mad as I loved the look. Came with everything to hang. Size was good.

They took quite a while to arrive but were worth the wait. These blinds are very well built, function well, and are attractive. The installation instructions were clear. I would not hesitate to purchase these again in the future.

We recently moved into a log home with soaring windows that face the afternoon/evening sun. It gets very warm in the living area and is hard to sit there with such intense sunshine bearing down in your space like that. We carefully measured the two biggest windows and ordered these blinds. They really are pretty and very, very nice for the money. They took over a month to arrive (must have been on a slow boat from China where they were made) which is why I didn't given them 5 stars. That and the sun still shines through, although it is much better than what it was. I almost wish you could attach an optional room darkening shade to the backside of the blinds in the most strategic spot before hanging. And we might do just that. Otherwise, these are very, very nice - well made, hang straight and true (and are super easy to hang) and easy to pull up and down as needed. All in all, I really like them!

These blinds took a while to arrive but I knew that beforehand. And whoever packed them should get an award because there is no way these blinds could have sustained damage. It was that good. The blinds were easy to install and look great. Very happy with this purchase.

Shipping was a bit strange, since we got a tracking number that didn't really work ; the weight for 7 of these was listed as, I think, 7 pounds? But it was closer to 40 pounds when it arrived - which made us question the shipping notices we were being sent as they didn't see to align with any of our purchases. And the actual tracking number didn't show much progress until about 12 hours before delivery. But that's not an issue of Amazon of the seller - just something to be aware of when you order these. And I would absolutely recommend these shades.The item was packed well, shipped very quickly, and is of a much better quality than what we were expecting for some "cheap" outdoor shades in a rather large size (ours were 38 inches wide by 94 inches long). I would absolutely recommend these to anyone looking for some shades of this style. As we used to say on Ebay: A++ Would Buy Again.
