These 5RM batteries fit the newer Baofeng AR-5RM radios perfectly. They’ll have longer lasting power. The radio seems full size now.

To be fair, I do not notice any “significant†boost of battery life compared to the stock 2500ma batteries that came with my Baofeng. The only positive about the battery pack is that it does offer a significant better grip to the HT as you’re able to better firmly grasp your HT with more leverage & stability. Also with using longer antennas, they fit the aesthetic more pleasingly. If you’re hoping for more battery life, this is not it. Only buy for better ergonomics & feng shui.

Does not fit the 5rm radio. Inaccurate description. Fits regular UV-5R it seems. Not what I ordered. Item was returned.

A good fit for both my AR-5RM and BF-F8HP Pro. Cradle and USB charges good. Gives the radios a bigger look and feel, not so top heavy with the 18-inch tactical folding antennas anymore. Duration and charging cycles are yet TBD.
