I am installing this in my home generator I’m putting together (Onan) and this will monitor the cranking amps it pulls to start it and it does not have a starter.

Love this one almost as much as I like the 50 and 100amp versions. The only issue is with the shunt. Because it's no longer flat, I can't mount it like I have with the other models. Obviously, I'm splitting hairs here.

Nice panel meter. Mounted and wired to 300 amp alternator in motorhome. Started up and compared to test meter found it was reading 3X actual. Found shunt stamped 100 A, 75 mv, also noticed shunt is single bar instead of double bar shown. If I was more familiar I would have noticed the wrong shunt before installing. Since I have the meter mounted and don't want to dismount and return I have ordered the 300 amp shunt from a different vendor.

I ordered this unit awaiting to run a high current test, only to find out i was supplied with a 100A 75mv shunt with a 300A analog meter...very very dissapointed, i guess someone has to remedy this mistake not at my cost
