These clamps work great! Almost better than the more expensive brands. Definitely does what it’s designed to do. I’m a cross fitter so I need to be able to load and unload my barbell fairly quick. These allow just that. And they are very sturdy clamps that can withstand a beating from dropping a heavy bar. I’d recommend to anyone who is looking for a reliable product that doesn’t break the bank

Ordered two pair, found them to fit Elite FTSSafety Squat Yoke, Rogue Hex Bar, other specialty bars and devices. Ordered for more more pair, getting the last ones in stocks.Only problem: one clamp was broken and could nor be used. Oh well got Good Friday deal.Now all clamps are color coded at the YMCA.

They work well and hold weight on, but they clip in to hold tension. Much better than using metal clamps, but when your forearms are shot and you’re changing weight frequently it’s annoying having to push the little black clip to take them off. Overall they work and I don’t regret it for the price point.

I use these nearly every day with basic barbell lifting. They’ve given me zero issues and keep the plates on the bar.
