Each plant is growing up a moss pole, so I wanted a light that would provide light up and down the length of each plant, rather a light that would shine from above only. This provides that and the plant have already reacted with new leaf growth.I ordered the warm light rather than the brighter color - the light is very bright but the warm yellow color of it prevents it from glaring. The light does not get too hot even though it's on 12 hours each day.The disc provided for the base is heavy enough to keep the 5 foot tall fixture stable.Finally, it was easy to put together out of the box.Can't recommend this grow light highly enough! Try it if you have needs like mine - you won't be disappointed.

I love these lights they are a great value, light weight and very bright. They work great and the price is a lot less than most. I like the tall hight and reliability of these lights. I purchased the tripod stand and the regulator round bottom. I prefer the round bottom, it’s not as bulky. I will buy this brand again.

UPDATE: Barrina reached out to me and offered to fix the issue. This speaks well of their customer service. Needless to say. I'm happy. As originally stated, the light is great. It's bright and pleasing to the eye, not that annoying yellow that makes me feel as if I need to turn off the lights. I LOVE these lights and will definitely order again in the future.The light itself is great. However, I choose to order this one because I could extend the height as my Monstera grows. According to the description, it is supposed to have two extension pieces. I only have one. Amazon has been great trying to assist, however the contact info for the seller does not work. I just want my other piece :-(

Been using it for about a week for a citrus plant. So far so good. Very bright. Looks very sleek and minimal. Time will tell if it works as it should. Will update in a year.

I have purchased two of these lights and I’ll likely be purchasing more. I have one facing general houseplants, and one facing two potted citrus trees waiting to be taken outside. These lights provide ample light for a wide variety of plants without being an eyesore for my decor or my eyeballs. The base is sturdy, the lights themselves are sturdy, and I appreciate the easy on and off button that I can hit with my foot.The analog timer that comes with the lights was difficult to use. We have decided to use smart plugs instead.

What I love the most about this light is how bright it is. The fact that it comes with a timer is fantastic! If you are looking for a grow light, grab this one! You won't be disappointed! I've already ordered another one of these and the strip lights by Barrina!

This light is perfect for what I'm using it for. The timer was fairly easy, works well, and my plants are really perking up. In addition, it can be made taller or shorter, which is nice.
