I'm an experienced woodworker and bought 3/4 inch by 4 foot padauk lumber to use as trim on cabinet doors. I was very happy with the product. The lumber was pretty and straight as an arrow, no warping at all.

Both board look like they are quart sawed and fairly straight grain but have interesting patterning in the grain. Nice vivid color.

This is a gorgeous wood, that deserves to be protected properly when being shipped. A ridiculous flimsy box that the end became detached during transit and each end of the 6 pieces damaged is unacceptable.
