I purchased this faucet set to to replace in a main bath. The set was easy for me to install, has excellent water pressure, is easy to clean, and looks great. I've had no issues with the fixtures since installing a month ago. I liked it so much I ordered in another color for a 2nd bathroom. It's an excellent product at an affordable price.

I ordered these faucets for the master bathroom after not being able to fix our current faucets. Unfortunately I had to replace both because it has 2 sinks. So I gave these a try and they are fantastic.They are heavy and well made. They installed like a dream and they look fabulous. So glad my old ones broke and I had to replace them.

I debated between this off brand and a name brand faucet as this one was a quarter of the price so I thought I would try it out and I’m so glad we did! It was easy to install and it is a heavy duty faucet. Great water pressure. I would highly recommend

I needed to replace a couple 20 year old Moen faucets in a higher-end custom home. After going to the 2 big box building centers I was surprised at how the price of faucets had increased. Trying Amazon was an after the big box sticker shock; but I was surprised to see prices in line with what I remembered. However I was a bit leery what I was getting for $60. Once received, almost next day, I was relieved at the size and quality of the 2 faucets I purchased. The supply lines were braided steel and almost long enough to reach the floor of the vanity. The faucet to lever connectors supply lines were easy to connect and were heavy duty. The installation was fairly easy and intuitive. If I could give my best advice regarding installing it would be this. After you remove the old faucet and drain: install the faucet head first with everything else out of the way. In other words, don't try to put all 4 pieces in place before you tighten them. By just putting the faucet head in first you have the room you need to tighten the nut underneath inside the cabinet. Put the faucet head and two lever assemblies and the drain in and you will struggle to tighten the faucet bolt. A second pair of hands to hold the faucet in place and straight, while you tighten the bolt underneath will also make this easier. I bought a small 6 inch crescent wrench, but an under sink extension wrench is recommended. I really like the click to close drain cap. Regarding water flow, I was expecting more restricted flow with the 35% water saver inserts; however the flow is fine without tampering with the flow restricter. I triple filter via a whole house triple water filter so I don't mind restricting flow a bit. Overall I'm very pleased with this set and would recommend highly.

UPDATE: Seller has made it right, great customer service and will be working with them again soon.Great presentation out of the box. Installation was extremely easy. Product performance had been excellent.11 months in, the water pressure has slowly decreased to nearly unusable level. The aerator was cleaned and adjusted to make sure there was no issue. No leaks causing the lack of pressure. Will have to replace the product soon unfortunately.

I had bought this sink months ago but didn't get around to installing it until this week. First problem is that it's nice that you do not have to buy a water line since it's preinstalled into this sink BUT it's a 1/4in. But in most American sinks our water lines have a 1/2in connector, so I had to buy an adapter. After installing the water line leaks, no mater if I change the adapter to a new one it still leaks. With it being a built in water line there is no way to fix this so I just had to throw thr whole thing away. Don't waste your time and just go to home depot and spend the extra month that works!
