Works fine however, the cord will separate from the plug (female end that plugs into reel) if you step on it and it gets pulled a little. Happen on 2 different cords. You can super glue it back together if it not damaged but who has time for that when your fishing deep water.

I would recommend buying this over a Daiwa TANACOM 750 reel cord. The cord length is great and extremely durable and the price is amazing compare to buying an Daiwa cord. Haven't had any issues with this so far!

I bought this Power cord for my Daiwa Tanacom 1000 in Dec. 2022 and it fit perfectly. I recently bought a Shimano Beastmaster 9000B and was hoping to use the same compatible longer power cord as advertized. It DOES NOT FIT. The female two prong end is too long and does not allow the threaded ring to engage onto the reel.
