I'm somewhat satisfied with this battery case, but I expected a bit better performance. The recharge time for the case itself is okay, but I was hoping it could fully recharge my iPhone 14 Pro Max at least twice on a single case charge. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case so far.One really annoying issue I've encountered multiple times is having to remove my phone completely from the case and re-insert it to get the charging to work properly. It's a hassle having to fiddle with re-seating the phone repeatedly.Another minor gripe is that I have to manually turn on the case's charging in order for it to start charging my phone's battery. It would be better if this process was automatic when the case is attached.Aside from those technical hiccups, the case does provide a decent amount of extra battery life for my iPhone when I need it. But those little frustrations prevent me from giving it a higher rating.For the price, I can't really complain too much. It works well enough, but there's definitely room for improvement in the next iteration. If the charging reliability was more consistent, it would easily be a 4-star product. As is, I can only rate it 2 stars - satisfactory, but not outstanding.

I loved this charger/case the first six weeks and then one day i went to plug my phone in and the port caught part of the phone while sliding on and broke. Now it’s pretty much useless.

Does not work. Initially it would not charge my phone, I checked all the connections and noticed if I pushed the phone down firmly on the Lightening connector it would work. That lasted for two days, now it does not charge the phone using either the MagSafe or the cord.

most of these cases , once the case is fully charged the charge will move to the phone. If you go to bed at 2% and plug in, the phone will be dead by morning and you will have to activate the case. I have more dead batteries with the case than without.
