Out of box the throttle plate was incorrectly set. See picture of the set screw space from the throttle stop plate.And when in-use, the butterfly plate severally rubbed and stuck against the housing.Poor workmanship.Returned to Amz.

This Mikuni 42mm I felt was fine, however mmy mechanicsays it wasn't any bargain once he had to rejet it etc. after his extra labor, but mu Harley is a runner now.
