These gloves seem to be a bit large. We did not purchase to use in really hot grilling situations, but are looking forward to using them while carrying hot pans from the grill

These heat resistant gloves go the distance. I often need to carry hot dishes for a far distance. These gloves stand up to the test and have nice non-slip grip on them. Don't worry if something spills, these can go in the washer. I have average sized hands and they are a little big on me, but they also fit my husband's hands nicely. I like that they are also long enough to protect my wrists when I'm reaching into a hot oven. These would also be great protection when grilling if a flame shoots up. I really like these gloves. Every kitchen should have a pair.

Really prefer these type of gloves to oven mittens or pot holders, you get a much better grip and have more flexibility in their use. These gloves provide good protection getting items into and out of the oven; note though, that the cuffs are on the shorter side so you don’t have as much coverage as you do from some similar type gloves. The fit is okay, not too loose, can get a good, solid grip on pans, pots, etc., so for a one-size-fits-all glove it does a good job.Another item to note, not necessarily specific to these gloves but applicable to nearly all oven gloves is that the maximum temperature rating applies only for a few seconds of handling the hot bakeware or cookware. The manufacturer/seller of these gloves does provide a temperature exposure chart on the product page, or at least did at the time of my purchase. While this might be on the lower end of the above temperature exposure chart time, it’s consistent with other oven gloves I’ve used, so these gloves are comparable in that regard. All-in-all, a good set of oven gloves with very decent heat protection, good fit, but short cuffs.

These worked great to barbecue. My husband kept burning himself, and this was a manly way of telling him to wear oven mitts.

These are a nice pair of high heat gloves. I’ll utilize them for getting things in and out of the oven, the silicone grips on them will be really nice to have, especially when getting glass out. I think they’ll also be handy for barbecuing, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to change utensils to try to flip something over quickly when a glove would’ve been really helpful to have at that time.

Great fit, and very protective! The silicon on the fingers and palms gives a secure grip on even the hottest (or slipperiest) pan or dish. Just what I needed!
