Please make sure you select the right coating for your application. Bright fasteners should only be used for interior applications in non-treated lumber. Hot Dip Galvanized fasteners are for interior or exterior applications in treated lumber. For the best corrosion protection available, always use Stainless Steel fasteners. Nails that work well as they should. No rust and the plastic collators were intact. The plastic pieces do get every where, but that is the nature of the design. I do not know anything about building homes or construction, but I think I remember reading that 2" x 4" lumber required 16d common nails which are quite a bit thicker than these. With my age, diabetic neuropthy, arthritis, et cetera, using my 27 year old 20 ounce Vaughn framing hammer is not really an option. It takes me about twelve strikes to pound in one 16d. Such is my personnel situation. When I was younger, I could do it with three four. I was never a carpenter, but my brother and I would try to drive a nail with one strike. We got close a few times, but they were just a little to proud. It doesn't seem practical for me anyway. Perhaps there are some people out there with larger hammers, stronger hands and forearms who could do this.Anyway, the nailgun does drive these somewhat smaller fasteners with the pull of a trigger. I never used a nailgun before, but this was easy to do. No jams or hesitation with these. I am going to build a shed, but the price of lumber is much higher than I thought, so I hope this winter, the price will go down. A shed under 200 square feet does not require a building permit, so I am sure the nails will do the trick. I will be wearing saftey glasses and hearing protection. The pieces do go everywhere, and may be possible that metal could cause an eye injury. The noise generated caused my tinnitus to get louder. I have used this companies other products and they have worked well.May God protect our military service members and others placed unnecessarily in harm's way. As a veteran, I understand your service. Thank you.

I have used these nails with a Bostitch F21PL framing nailer and they have performed flawlessly, never jamming and never failing to set properly. That's about as much as I could ask of any nail. The box is relatively small, suitable for smaller projects and is not what you would be using if you were in production on a large housing site. Building a roof on your garage? Knocking together a small workshop, shed, or treehouse for your kids? This is a good amount. The only question in my mind is one of value. It's true that these can be had in larger quantities for less at some big box stores - I've seen 'em. Depending on whether you already have a trip to that big box store planned and whether it is close, the savings may or may not be worth the trip. This reviewer's time is worth something, and free shipping brought these nails into an acceptable range for me at the time I purchased them. If I regularly went through thousands of nails at a time, the value proposition may change. The nails in the box that was sent to me were made in Canada, for those to whom that matters.Bottom line for me: Five stars for nails that performed as they should, never jammed, and came at a fair price.

Got exactly what I ordered. This is the second time I ordered these nails for my air nailer and they work perfectly in my air nailer. They are the perfect size and length for the job I am doing. Gave a 5 star review the frist time. Would have given 5 this time, but the box the nails were in was all busted up on arrival. The nails still seem to be okay. So I assume that it was damaged in transit. Hopefully the company didn't send them out in a busted box. I received it on an overnight order and needed then quickly. They arrived quickly, even faster than I expected. I just wish they would have handled them with a little more care. I will be keeping them because the nails themselves don't seem damaged. And I have a job that needs done. I will not hesitate to order them again when I need more.

Made in USA and hope the quality is what I expect. GO B&C and happy you make them in the USA. I am tired of exporting jobs. I have lost too many manufacturing jobs, and think we need to balance it out a bit. I will buy where there are fare wages, but if you are paying low wages, hiring children, contaminating with lead (etc), and polluting you are not competing. This is no where I would work so I will not buy it if I can avoid it. Will buy from fair wage and competing countries first. USA is always first, but I buy from many others that have good quality too. I hope these work out great and look forward to see if they work on old tight grain framing from 1950s and 1920's home. If I can update I will be sure to give another review, but if not the next time I buy I will give a actual use review too. I liked finding 3 1/2 .131 and found them harder to find in USA, but I am new to my nail gun too.

These nails work great in my nail gun! Tried similar nails with paper strips and the did not work well, kept sticking. The wax strips work much better, no sticking. Highly recommend these nails. Response time after ordering was also excellent!
