Had a small fresh water leak from the Dometic 310 toilet coming from the valve. This seems like a well built replacement and was easy to install.

Fits and works perfectly. Clear, easy to read instructions with real photos. If you can operate a pair of pliers and a screwdriver, you can do this.

Installed in a dometic 320 toilet. The valve slid in but wouldn't snap into place until you put the two screws in. Don't over tighten it, everything is plastic it will snap. Also it's way easier to pull the toilet, flip it upside down and do the work. While the toilets off you might as well replace the bottom seal. Good to go!

As someone who hates DIY repairs, especially when it comes to my RV toilet, I can say this Beech Lane replacement valve made the process a lot less frustrating. It’s designed to fit Dometic 300, 310, and 320 series toilets, replacing part 385311641, which is great if you're tired of leaks or yearly valve replacements.🔹 Why I Chose This Valve:✅ Freeze-Resistant Technology – This was the biggest selling point for me. My original valve cracked after a hard freeze, leaving me with a leaking toilet and a major headache. This valve’s glass fiber reinforced polymer construction is designed to withstand freezing temperatures, making it far more reliable in cold weather.✅ Over-Engineered for Durability – This valve feels solid and better built than the original. It’s designed for longevity, so I’m hopeful I won’t have to replace it anytime soon.✅ Rotary Seam Melting – The seams are completely sealed during production, which helps prevent leaks. This is a small but important detail that makes a difference in long-term performance.⚠️ Minor Drawbacks:❌ Tight Space Installation – Like any RV toilet repair, installation wasn’t fun. The space is cramped, and working at awkward angles is inevitable. However, this isn't the product's fault—just the reality of RV maintenance.✅ Final Verdict:If you’re tired of dealing with leaking RV toilet valves, especially after cold weather, this Beech Lane upgrade is worth it. It’s built to last, and the freeze-resistant design gives me peace of mind that I won’t be dealing with another cracked valve anytime soon.

This is a product that either works or doesn't. In this case, it does. At this point, I can't see the difference between the OEM and this product other than price. This product works with my Dometic toilet in my travel trailer and was easily replaced. Essentially it's a hose clamp, screw, and then push clips on the product to remove, then reverse the steps. The hardest part for me was the access to the valve, which was very close to a wall. Most will not have this issue.Overall, I would recommend due to value. At this price point, I'm thinking of keeping a spare one since these are so inexpensive. As an RV'er, having spare parts on-hand prevents distractions from your trip.

My old valve was leaking and it only took me about 15 minutes to replace it with this new one. Works great. Problem solved.

Bought this to replace a cracked valve from freezing, certainly a good price, shipping was fast, quality seems very good. Only negative thing is the fit is rather sloppy, must be secured in place with screws provided but does the job just fine.

This unit replaced the existing one because it had a leak caused by freezing (second time I’ve had to replace this). I will winterize the trailer soon and will find out if this one will survive the winter. The unit did fit and worked perfectly.
