Holder is good. It’s heavy duty enough to hold everything without tipping. It’s easy to clean up, I throw it in the dishwasher.

…..is particularly well done, and ground very smooth as well.I’ve been using a stainless steel tumbler for years instead of a beer can. I’ve never liked the idea of having a painted aluminum can touching the chicken while it’s barbecuing, it just doesn’t seem like a great idea. Plus with a tumbler you can use wine instead of beer, which infuses a completely different set of flavors in the poultry.Now I have a cradle for the tumbler (or a beer can if you are so inclined) that ensures the chicken will remain stable on the grill!
